Our cooperation with Billennium Sp. o.o. started in June 2016. Billennium took over the maintenance and development of the “Judgements Survey” – an application that is used to support decision-making processes. The application is based on the Azure platform, due to the requirement of wide accessibility by users around the world. The monthly cost of the infrastructure required to support the portal has been lowered twice thanks to Billennium’s optimisations.
We are also responsible for developing the application “Wisdom of Crowds”, which encapsulates a proprietary algorithm of Professor Anil Gaba. This application is used to support the decision-making process based on its estimates of experts – the algorithm allows the determination of the probability of a particular value.
Our specialists selected the most appropriate tools to suit a problem defined by Professor Anil Gaba and built a proprietary algorithm researcher. The statistical algorithm is written in R.
The tool generates a live graph t-student and student-t log. The entire solution is based on Azure cloud and uses its ability to optimize data processing.
In addition to building the described tools, Billennium found a solution for the maintenance and development under the global support services.
Throughout the period of cooperation, Client appreciated our professionalism, enthusiasm, a proactive approach to seeking solutions, easy communication, flexibility and technological innovation.
Professor Anil Gaba received his Ph.D. in Decision Sciences at Duke University in the United States. He is currently the Orpar Chaired Professor of Risk Management and Professor of Decision Sciences at INSEAD.
