Competences above all: What are Billennium Competence Centres?
Billennium has offices in Poland, India, Malaysia and the United States and employs over 1,200 IT experts. In order to coordinate the work of so many employees scattered around the world and to offer the highest standard of service to our clients, we have established Competence Centres. Read on to find out more about them, why they were created and how they can benefit our customers.
Billennium currently operates 20 competence centres, i.e. international teams of experts specialised in areas such as software development, CRM, big data and artificial intelligence or automation. Each of them is headed by experienced managers who for many years have helped clients find optimal solutions tailored to their needs. The idea that guided Billennium when creating the Centres was to put employees’ competences first. Thanks to this, our clients have immediate access to experts in many fields and technologies, regardless of whether we provide ready-made solutions and services or entire IT teams. Competences ensure advantage
Our competence centres act in line with the flexible FTS (Follow the Sun) model, developed over 17 years in cooperation with over 100 clients. Thanks to this, we offer support 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. In addition, this model allows us to efficiently organise remote work and complete projects faster, by programming during the day (Polish time) and testing at night (also during the day, but on Indian/Malaysian time). In each centre, we bring together the knowledge and experience of experts from various fields to achieve synergy. We constantly improve our solutions and focus on developing the team’s competences. Thanks to this, we can be sure our services are provided at the highest level.
