What do you do in Billennium?

In Billennium, we focus on two areas that have common ground – to deliver value for the clients with technology and have a positive impact on the environment because of our work and solutions we create. We have established Centers of Excellence that are our answer to the challenges of modern outsourcing – this is the first branch of our activity. The second one is our own IT solutions – Paperless Office, Inperly or Paperless Retail. You can read about all of them on our website.

Do you have any integration events?

Of course! We have such parties at least four times a year – two as a whole Billennium Squad, two in teams.

Can I work remotely?

In general, we don’t mind remote work and in many projects, you can work even 100% remotely. Remember that the specific rules may depend on the client you work with.

Can I have a flexible schedule?

We believe that you’re the one who knows best when you’re the most productive. That’s why we are flexible on the schedule – usually, you can start work between 7 and 10. Sometimes though your schedule will depend on the client’s needs.
