People Manager

Job Location :

Poland (100% remote work possible)

Your role

  • Coordinate the recruitment of new employees in the subordinate business area,
  • Monitor onboarding and offboarding processes of employees to the department,
  • Monitoring the implementation of mandatory training,
  • Supervise the accuracy of data in Billennium's internal systems,
  • Coordination of leaves of absence,
  • Negotiating salaries within the framework established jointly with the Department Director,
  • Quarterly discussions with employees and aggregate analysis,
  • Attention to the mood and atmosphere among employees,
  • Planning and organizing integration events,
  • Collecting and providing feedback to employees after the completion of a project,
  • Supporting employees in their development (identifying development opportunities in the organization, putting the employee in touch with the right people, checking the availability of relevant training),
  • Handling the process of a project change,
  • First point of contact in situations requiring employee support,
  • Coordinating the process of employee promotions in the department.

Your skills & experience

  • Minimum 3 years of commercial work experience (including at least one year of IT experience preferred),
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a role related to leading a team, project, initiatives, mentoring role, etc. (coordinator, team leader, project leader, etc.) or in the execution of tasks in one of these or a similar area,
  • Knowledge of English at the B2 level and fluent command of Polish,
  • General knowledge of the IT industry, primarily issues, and terminology specific to the IT industry related to project work and functioning of IT teams,
  • Ability to organize own work and manage priorities,
  • High level of responsibility for the entrusted area, accuracy and meticulousness in the execution of tasks,
  • Developed interpersonal and communication skills, a high level of empathy, and an understanding of employees' needs,
  • Comprehensive approach to problem-solving,
  • Ability to work with MS Office toolset (Excel, PowerPoint),
  • Resilience to stress and ability to work under time pressure,
  • Ability to build professional relationships and a positive team atmosphere,
  • Flexibility and willingness to work in a dynamic, changing environment,
  • Proactive mindset - experience in suggesting ideas and improvements, creating quality in cooperation with various stakeholders,
  • Experience working in an international, multicultural environment is welcome.
