Revenue Tech Stack Administrator – RevOps Analyst
Location: Anywhere in Europe – Fully Remote, with occasional company offsites.

SUMMARY OF THE ROLE
The Revenue Tech Stack Administrator/RevOps Analyst at Billennium will manage and maintain Salesforce and other applications in our Sales and Marketing tech stack. This role is integral to Billennium's continued growth, enabling and improving all aspects of the sales life cycles to ensure data integrity and system connectivity across teams.
Your role
- Work with stakeholders to define scope, implement, build, configure, and maintain Revenue Technology solutions that deliver business value.
- Support the Revenue team in the administration of the Sales and Marketing tech stack (including but not limited to Salesforce, Hubspot/Marketo/Pardot, SalesLoft, 6sense/ABM, PipeLaunch/ZoomInfo).
- Create necessary views, reports, dashboards, and analytics to facilitate insights and support business decisions.
- Stay updated on various platform tools, capabilities, system updates, security protocols, system backups, and performance enhancements across the Sales and Marketing tech stack.
- Maintain existing functionality and develop new ones to support scalable processes within the current and future Sales and Marketing tech stack.
- Document new and existing processes and workflows.
- Respond to user questions and system errors, and implement system enhancements based on user feedback and organizational goals.
- Collaborate as a strategic partner with cross-functional teams on the use and integration of all connected systems and downstream reporting.
- Drive development, customization, and integration with other platforms to maintain a cohesive and scalable ecosystem across Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Delivery.
- Lead projects involving data migration for corporate mergers and acquisitions, data integrity, competitor intel, regular data audits, and partner intel.
- Act as a liaison and subject matter expert, representing Revenue Operations on cross-departmental initiatives related to data quality/integrity, integrations, and analytics across all company and third-party systems.
Your skills & experience
- Minimum 5 years in a relevant role with a proven track record of success.
- Exceptional skills in Salesforce and Office 365. Salesforce Administrator Certification preferred.
- Experience in a Business Intelligence role is preferred, but not required.
- Proficiency in handling and manipulating large data sets, especially within SQL Server, MS Access, and Excel.
- Proven ability in research and fact-finding.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and quality conscious.
- Understanding of client billing processes.
- Comprehension of the Sales and Marketing funnel from lead generation to client conversion.
- Software development experience is a plus.
- Strong project management and communication skills.
- Experience using project management software to manage large-scale projects/tasks, coupled with strong time management skills, the ability to stay focused and attuned to their research questions, and to deliver final projects on schedule.
