- Manage and configure with User Access Control
- Able to handle Incident and Service request management
- Addressing authorisation issues/requests to appropriate teams generic user management
- Managing manual role assignments outside CIDM (exceptional)
- Provide support for test and project environments
- Manage Emergency Access Mgmt. incl. Firefighter review (monthly) SAP Support Access Mgmt.
- Manage SAP Service Marketplace User Administration
Your skills & experience
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in SAP authorization and user access
- Nice to have experience on License Management Support
- Experience with Sailpoint IQ is a plus
- Experience with Identity & Access Management systems
- Must be fluent in communication in English
