  • We are actively recruiting an experienced Organisation Change Manager Lead for our esteemed client in the pharmaceutical industry. As a key player in the Data Integrations – Data Insights initiative, you will play a pivotal role in driving transformative change within the pharmaceutical sector.   • Key Responsibilities

    • Lead, develop, and execute OCM plans in collaboration with the DIGI Non-core OCM Lead and Workstream leads.
    • Conduct stakeholder mapping and impact assessments to inform change strategies.
    • Formulate Communication and Engagement strategies and plans.
    • Develop compelling messages and materials to effectively communicate with stakeholders.
    • Collaborate transparently with the larger OCM team, accounting for potential dependencies.
    • Utilize standard frameworks to ensure an aligned and transparent way of working.
  • Requirements

    • 4-5 years of experience leading global change programs or IT solution adoption, with a focus on managing migration and decommissioning projects.
    • Ability to create comprehensive Comms & Engagement strategies, considering dependencies from other projects and areas.
    • Proven ability to engage and influence stakeholders in a challenging and global environment.
    • Proficiency in translating complex ideas into understandable communication materials; digital design experience is a plus.
    • Structured work approach, transparency in deliverables, and adherence to standards for alignment.
    • Strong interpersonal and networking skills.
    • Knowledge of PROSCI Change Management Methodology (ADKAR).
    • Willingness to work across time zones with regular meetings.
    • Fluent English speaking and outstanding written skills.
