  • We’re seeking a dynamic and skilled individual to join our team as a Level 2/3 Consultant specializing in SAP Fieldglass. If you’re passionate about making a difference, driving innovation, and thrive in a collaborative environment, this opportunity is for you!

  • Requirements:

    • Minimum 5 years relevant SAP consulting or industry experience.
    • Role is as 2nd / 3rd Support Line in SAP Fieldglass.
    • Hands-on experience in SAP Fieldglass Configuration Manager role/module.
    • Experience and/or understanding of the Managed Services Provider (MSP) industry.
    • Good understanding of functional aspects of Contingent Workforce Management.
    • Good knowledge of integration/implementation in any of the following (Mulesoft, SAP PI, TIBCO HUB, DocuSign, Google Applications).
    • Good understanding of SQL database queries (for TITO/Audit reporting).
    • Good knowledge in HCM Functional areas and/or statement of work best practices or HR-PA experience.
    • Experience in SAP Procurement enabled by SAP Ariba/SAP S4 MM/SAP ECC MM.
    • Experience in implementing SAP Fieldglass and SAP ECC integrated end-to-end Procurement solution.
    • Experience working in ticketing systems (e.g., Service Now, JIRA).
    • Well-organized with good analytical and conceptual skills.
    • Excellent communication skills (especially in English) in both verbal and written support channels as main stakeholders are US-based.
    • Availability to work in the US time zone.
  • Responsibilities:

    • Ability to support technical inquiries, gather information, troubleshoot, and work to provide resolutions to end users, team, and/or SAP Fieldglass Partners.
    • Responsible for the delivery and coordination of user acceptance testing with the users and MSP where applicable.
    • Ensures that any issues (e.g., data or application functionality) raised during testing are coordinated and resolved.
    • Able to engage people in applying user-centricity and to solve problems in a proactive and focused manner.
