  • For our customer from pharma industry we are looking for Senior User-System Supporter.

  • Your role

    • communication with the Team and business;
    • informing about the status of tickets;
    • analyzing tickets;
    • cooperation with others Team;
    • organizing own work to handle several tickets at the same time;
    • modeling processes on the Service;
    • building business, and operational processes;
    • plan and organize the work of teams;
    • create documentations;
    • processing tickets in ServiceNow.
  • Your skills & experience

    • higher education/minimum engineer/bachelor;
    • fluent English;
    • at least 5 years of experience as Specialist supporting applications (analysis and providing solutions for incidents, problems and changes), preferred experience in work as second line support;
    • ability to learn quickly new technologies and business processes;
    • knowledge of relational data base (Oracle);
    • good knowledge of SQL/MS SQL, PL/SQL, Unix/Linux, SharePoint;
    • knowledge of Documentum platform (for system services based on Documentum);
    • ability to plan and organize the work of teams;
    • ITIL Foundation Certificate;
    • being fluent in at least one of the main IT technologies;
    • knowledge of software building process;
    • general knowledge of business processes;
    • knowledge of ITIL and Release Management proces (ITIL Foundation Certificate);
    • readiness to work in the project or operations;
    • good knowledge of Windows Server 2008, SQL Server 2008 and IIS 7;
    • knowledge of HP ALM/HP Quality Center from administrative perspective;
    • very good communication and analytical skills;
    • good coordination skills;
    • ability to work as a team member;
    • supervising work of Junior Specialists;
    • customer oriented;
    • Polish location and citizenship;
    • nice to have: experience in pharma industry or international company.
