• Requirement

  • At least 3 years of experience in ServiceNow development (ideally on the HRSD module)
  • At least basic knowledge about ServiceNow administration
  • Excellence in implementing solutions based on technical solution design
  • Ability to support development lead in designing solutions and estimating work
  • At least basic experience in implementing reports using ServiceNow Reporting and Performance Analytics
  • Experience in working with SCRUM teams in JIRA/Asana and ServiceNow tools
  • Familiarity with Team Development code repository pull/push mechanisms in ServiceNow
  • Ability to prepare technical documentation incl. Technical Design, Release Manuals
  • Excellence in cooperation with Test Lead and Testing Team, Business Analyst, External Technical Teams, Project Teams
  • Fluent English (written and spoken)
  • Nice to have skills
    – ServiceNow Certified System Administrator
    – ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist
    – Experience in implementing interfaces between ServiceNow and other applications
    – HP ALM user experience
    – Experience in validated projects
