Video-based products offer many opportunities to improve communication both within the company and in the customer service process. We believe that our diversified offer and expert services in this area will allow our clients to be innovators in their industries.”- says Piotr Aftewicz, a member of the Billennium’s management board responsible for products.
“Thanks to the Billennium’s global scale of operations and skills in building software, and the expert knowledge of COMWISE, we will be able to create new “customer engagement” products and services, and to offer them to clients all over the world” – says Przemysław Wyszyński, CEO of COMWISE.
