• Requirement

  • Very good practical and theoretical knowledge of testing processes (ISTQB Advanced, etc.)
  • SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) knowledge (ITIL, PMI, etc.)
  • At least 3 years of experience in test automation implementation/design
  • Practical knowledge of programming in at least one programming language (e.g. Java, .Net, Java Script)
  • Practical knowledge of and experience in at least 3 automation tool
  • Ability to cooperate with the development team, to drive proper behavior and working closely with project management, product owners/business analyst
  • Ability to discuss with the team testing approach and propose solutions that best suits project needs.
  • At least 3 years of experience within testing area
  •  Awareness of the existence of various approaches to test automation and various testing methodologies
  • Experience in introducing testing framework (preferable for automated testing and manual testing) into the project
  • Test Management skills
  • Ability to present advanced informatics solutions in a way that is understandable to non-technical people
  • Basic knowledge of business analysis-related ideas and notions
