  • A solid understanding of project management methods and processes is required. Ability to plan, coordinate, and monitor projects.
  • Analytical skills: Ability to analyze complex problems and identify solutions, identifying language requirements and evaluating their impact on IT (WRICEF, Configuration, Master Data) and business processes.
  • Change management competence: Introducing a new language strategy often requires changes to existing processes. A Product Owner should be able to manage change and promote acceptance among stakeholders.
  • Teamwork and collaboration: Work closely with other teams and stakeholders. Ability to work effectively as a team and collaborate
  • Stakeholder management: To manage and engage with stakeholders effectively. To identifying key stakeholders and understanding their needs and expectations. Communicate a clear understanding of the language strategy and options.
  • Life cycle of products : Ability to maintain uninterrupted language services and support, even during periods of change or disruption. Knowledge and experience in PI planning to ensure that language services remain available and effective, minimizing any potential impact on business operations.
