• Requirement

  • 15+ years of experience in Business Development, preferably within the ITeS or technology industry.
  • Degree in Business Administration, degree in IT will be a plus.
  • Deep understanding of IT solutions and services relevant to Pharma, BFSI, and Public/Govt sectors.
  • Familiarity with technologies like Cloud Computing, Big Data, AI/ML, Cybersecurity, ERP Solutions, Automation, Integration, Testing, Validation, Software development, Enterprise Software Solutions.
  • Proven track record of achieving business development targets in the IT domain.
  • Experience working with C-level executives and senior stakeholders.
  • Hands-on experience in crafting and negotiating complex contracts.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strategic thinking and ability to analyse and respond to market trends.
  • Strong project management and organizational abilities.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and sales data analysis & analytics.
  • High emotional intelligence and ability to navigate complex stakeholder relationships.
    Results-oriented with a proactive and resilient attitude.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
    ITIL, PMP.
