Warsaw Security Forum 2025, a powerful reminder that unity is strength.

This year’s edition of WSF, held under the theme “Divided we fall”, brought together leaders, experts, and changemakers to collectively address one of the most pressing questions of our time:

How can Europe and its allies remain cohesive in the face of ongoing military and hybrid threats from Russia?

The discussions were highly relevant, covering topics such as cybersecurity, disinformation, strategic resilience, and democratic values.

High-level participants represented countries and organizations including the USA, France, Germany, Ukraine, NATO, and the EU — among them Gen. Keith Kellogg, Lloyd Austin, Jean-Noël Barrot, Boris Pistorius, Andrii Sybiha, and Rafael Grossi.

The Knight of Freedom Award was presented to Jens Stoltenberg for his unwavering commitment to defending democracy and freedom in Europe.

Voices of resistance and hope resonated strongly — from Yulia Navalnaya and Oleksandra Matviichuk to Sviatlana Tsikhanouskaya and Nate Vance — reminding us that courage and truth still matter.

For Billennium, participating in this event was not only a moment of reflection but also an opportunity for active engagement.

Our CEO, Bartosz Łopiński, took part in a panel discussion moderated by Kari Margrethe Osland, Director of the Norwegian Institute of International Affairs (NUPI): “Frontlines of the Industrial Innovation: Ukraine as Europe’s Security Engine”, where, together with:

  • Maj Gen Krzysztof Kociuba – Chief of Staff, NATO Communications and Information Agency
  • Stefan Hefter – Partner, Defence & Space, KPMG Germany
  • Solomiia Bobrovska – Member of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, National Security Committee
  • Oleksandr Yakovenko – Founder & CEO, TAF Industries

Bartosz shared insights on the role of technology and collaboration in building resilience and innovation across Europe.

We also attended the opening session featuring Prime Minister Donald Tusk and President Volodymyr Zelenskyy (online), which set a powerful and meaningful tone for the entire event.

Beyond the high-level discussions, WSF 2025 highlighted the critical role of technology as a security multiplier.

From AI in defence production to advanced cybersecurity solutions, the message was clear: Europe’s resilience depends on strong partnerships between the public sector, defence industry, and agile IT companies like Billennium.

WSF 2025 is more than a conference — it’s a space for bold ideas, strategic partnerships, and shared responsibility for the future.

For our team, being present at WSF 2025 was more than symbolic.
It was about actively listening, sharing, and strengthening our role as a trusted technology partner committed to building a safer, more resilient Europe together with our allies.
