About the role:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Business Development Manger – APAC Region to create, lead and scale our sales operations across the APAC market, while fostering synergies with our European business. The ideal candidate will be a transformational leader who can optimize the sales function, drive client acquisition, and build a robust pool of clientele. This is a high-impact role suited for a self-starter with exceptional energy, vision, and execution capability.

Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a hands-on senior sales leader responsible for direct selling of IT solutions and Fixed-Scope projects across the APAC region, with a strong focus on India.
- Generate and own top-of-funnel demand by leveraging an established network of client and partner relationships in APAC, in close collaboration with Marketing and regional partners.
- Build, qualify, and manage a robust Fixed-Scope sales pipeline using value-based selling, ensuring full ownership of opportunities from first contact to contract signature.
- Lead end-to-end sales execution, including discovery with client stakeholders, solution shaping with Presales, proposal creation, pricing, and commercial negotiations.
- Translate client business challenges into concrete IT solutions and transformation initiatives (Cloud, Data, AI, Intelligent Automation), delivering clear value and measurable outcomes.
- Develop and expand strategic accounts in APAC by building trusted relationships with senior business and IT decision-makers, identifying cross-sell and up-sell opportunities.
- Coordinate cross-functional and cross-regional teams (Marketing, Presales, Delivery, Partners) to ensure competitive proposals and a seamless handover to Delivery.

Requirements:
- 7–10+ years of proven experience in B2B IT services or digital project sales, with ownership of annual sales quotas and complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise deals in the APAC region (India strongly preferred).
- Demonstrated success in building and converting a digital project pipeline into closed, fixed-scope engagements, with strong deal qualification and win-rate performance.
- Hands-on experience working directly with business stakeholders in at least two industries such as Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Energy, Retail, Finance, Pharma, Healthcare, Transport, or Construction.
- Solid understanding of client business processes and the ability to translate business needs into well-defined IT project scopes and transformation initiatives.
- Mastery of the end-to-end IT services sales process (discovery to close), including disciplined CRM usage and pipeline management aligned with structured sales governance.
- Working-level knowledge of Cloud, Data, and AI concepts, typical technology stacks, and value drivers, enabling effective collaboration with Presales and Delivery teams.
- Strong executive communication, storytelling, and negotiation skills, with confidence presenting at C-level, industry events, and partner forums.
- Experience selling to international clients in APAC, with an existing regional network and familiarity with partner-led or co-sell motions (e.g., Microsoft, AWS, Google Cloud, UiPath).
