We are responsible for effective competence management, working closely with businesses on an offer that will respond to market needs. We are developing our locations and building a community that can share knowledge and best practices.
The revenue team is responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive revenue generation strategy, which aligns with the company’s strategic goals. Also responsible for close collaboration and harmonization of sales, marketing, and delivery teams to generate potential clients and increase conversions.
The main role is to identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships to expand Billennium’s market presence. One of our key tasks is to establish the sales process, implement appropriate tools, and set sales targets to increase revenue growth and maximize the company’s profits.
We provide the organization with effective tools and processes so that everyone can make decisions independently based on data and focus on their areas of expertise.
One of our promises is to introduce simplified solutions and provide credible information, which will allow for actionable business insights. This, in turn, should lead to better efficiency in our operations and ultimately – as a side effect – an increase in the company’s profitability.
HR team’s mission is to attract, retain and grow our employees, support them and ensure their development and satisfaction. Together we continue to work on providing business support to our departments, employees, and management.
We’re also responsible for change management and are constantly in pursuit of improving our employees’ experiences. The overarching goal is to reduce recruitment cycle times, improve candidate quality, and decrease employee turnover.
