Overview

We have created and implemented Paperless Office Elements – a dedicated system for handling HR and payroll processes provided by ADP Polska. Thanks to this, we have increased the efficiency of the law office and operational centers and speeded up process support.

We have created and implemented Paperless Office Elements - a dedicated system for handling HR and payroll processes provided by ADP Polska. Thanks to this, we have increased the efficiency of the law office and operational centers and speeded up process support.

Customer's issue

Goal

Our goal was to increase the efficiency of the office and operational centers as well as to improve customer satisfaction and more efficient handling of processes related to document circulation.

Implemented Solution

We have implemented the Paperless Office Elements system to support HR and payroll processes provided by ADP in the outsourcing formula for brands such as Carrefour, Castorama, Piotr i Paweł. We have created a dedicated portal for selected company’s clients. Number of system users: 4500.

Functionalities

  • Customer service processes may have individual modeling depending on the terms of cooperation (including service time limits).
  • Possibility to perform tasks started automatically (e.g. recurring tasks) as well as manually by ADP maintainers. Individual ranges of tasks can be shared between employees, which allows, among others efficient service for large geographically spread clients, e.g. commercial networks.
  • The possibility of multidimensional reporting, which is used, among others, for ongoing settlements with clients.
