Overview

We have created and implemented Paperless Office for the Santander bank, which reduced the costs of handling paper documentation and increased the efficiency of the office. Thanks to this, we have also minimized the risk of errors in handling correspondence.

Santander Bank Polska S.A. is the third largest bank in Poland in terms of assets. It provides installment loans in over 30,000 stores, and car loans offered by the bank are available in over 1,000 branches.

Goal

Our goal was to increase the efficiency of the office and reduce the cost of handling documents throughout their lifespan, i.e. from their creation to destruction.

Implemented Solution

We have implemented Paperless Office (Paperless Mailroom, Paperless BPM, Paperless Safe modules) to manage incoming and outgoing correspondence. At the same time, we have implemented a platform for modeling and managing business processes and an electronic document repository. Our solution is currently used by 3000 users, and the system can handle at least 200,000 cases per month.
