Power BI Incident & Problem Leader
Job Location :Poland (100% remote work possible)
- checking the quality of incidents, problems and changes requests/tickets in Service Now;
- creating a problem ticket for the RCA;
- checking if there is a P1 that has been raised and following it during its lifecycle;
- creating and animating crisis calls with all of the stakeholders if needed;
- creating weekly and monthly reports.
Your skills & experience
- knowledge of the Ms Power BI and Service Now;
- ability to build IT KPI’s;
- highly-developed communication skills to lead meetings with many stakeholders as well as contact IT and Business people through EMEA;
- proactive attitude;
- fluent English;
- French language is nice to have.
- ability to work remotely or in one of our offices;
