Business Analyst (Finance)

    We are looking for a System Analyst with experience in the financial industry to join our Competence Center.

  • REQUIREMENTS

    • At least 5 years of experience;
    • Experience (minimum 3 years) in independently conducting system analysis;
    • Practical knowledge of application interfacing and integration methods, data flow, interface and integration characteristics, and connections (REST API, WebServices, SOAP, network connections, including file exchange);
    • Practical knowledge of message transmission methods (via brokers): Kafka, SOA/IBM (MQRabbit);
    • Practical knowledge of creating diagrams (documentation) for use in creating requirements for the Development Team (solution description, functional scope, connections and integration at the interface with other areas, etc.);
    • Basic knowledge of programming languages, preferably JAVA (level enabling code review and identification of gaps, or understanding developer needs);
    • Knowledge of microservices and cloud-ready solutions;
    • General knowledge of infrastructure elements, mainly from the database level (Oracle, PostgreSQL, others), including the ability to retrieve data, e.g., through SQL queries or other techniques;
    • Knowledge of the operation of banking IT systems or related financial systems (payment systems preferred);
    • Knowledge of data models and relational databases is desirable; Experience in working with POs, Infrastructure and Architecture Specialists, EQ/MQ/SOA;
    • Automated testers (knowledge of tools supporting testing). English language proficiency at a minimum B2 level.

  • NICE TO HAVE

    • Programming experience;
    • Experience in projects conducted in Scrum;
    • Experience with AVRO technology;
    • Experience with payment reports, payment settlements, or related areas;
    • Knowledge of ISO standards in the context of payments, especially MX/ISO 20022 – the new payment standard.

  • SYSTEM ANALYSIS

    • Further decomposition of requirements and in-depth system analysis based on input received from the business (from business analyst/SME);
    • Gathering and analyzing system requirements;
    • Preparing system analysis, description of solutions and payment processes and related payment processes (e.g. dictionaries, currency conversion), based on business requirements;
    • Analyzing and utilizing existing systems, components, to obtain necessary information for creating products, processes, systems;
    • Mapping processes, connections and data necessary for functional and system solutions;
    • Supporting analytical work carried out by suppliers and bank units in order to prepare functional specifications and technical designs of IT systems, including independent preparation of analytical documentation in accordance with bank requirements.

  • SOLUTION DESIGN

    • Participation in the design of software, processes and systems through analytical input;
    • Supporting the Development Team by jointly developing input/descriptions for functional solutions;
    • Performing parameterization and preparing instructions for environments;
    • Supporting processes that ensure software quality;
