    We are looking for a Head of Business Development based in India who will drive new business growth in the Indian market.

    This is a hands-on leadership role combining market strategy with direct enterprise sales. You will build relationships with key clients, generate new opportunities and close deals in IT services and digital transformation. In the early stage, the focus will be on winning new clients and building pipeline, with the opportunity to grow and lead a local sales team as the business expands.

  • What you will do:

    • Drive new business growth in the Indian market and build a strong sales pipeline
    • Identify and close enterprise IT services and digital transformation deals
    • Own the full sales cycle, from prospecting and discovery to negotiation and contract signing
    • Build trusted relationships with senior business and IT decision-makers
    • Collaborate with Presales, Delivery, Marketing and partners to deliver strong client solutions

  • What we are looking for:

    • 10+ years of experience in IT services or digital transformation sales in India
    • Proven track record of winning enterprise clients and closing complex deals
    • Experience selling services such as custom software development, cloud, data or digital solutions
    • Strong network of enterprise clients, partners or decision-makers in India
    • Hands-on, entrepreneurial mindset with strong communication and negotiation skills
