  • Role Summary

    We are looking for a Lead Generation / Demand Generation Specialist (IT Services) to build and scale our marketing-driven pipeline in the APAC region.
    This is a new role in the team, created to accelerate our international growth – which means we are looking for someone highly autonomous, proactive, and energetic, who thrives in building things from scratch.

    You will sit at the intersection of Marketing and Sales, owning lead generation initiatives that directly support business development for IT services and digital transformation projects.

  • Role Summary:

    We are looking for a Lead Generation / Demand Generation Specialist (IT Services) to build and scale our marketing-driven pipeline in the APAC region.

    You will sit at the intersection of Marketing and Sales, owning lead generation initiatives that directly support business development for IT services and digital transformation projects.

  • What You Will Do:

    • Own and execute end-to-end lead generation initiatives for IT services and digital solutions, with a strong focus on the APAC market.
    • Design, launch, and optimize multi-channel campaigns (content, events, webinars, LinkedIn, partners, marketing automation) to generate high-quality B2B leads.
    • Work closely with Sales and Business Development to align on ICPs, target accounts, qualification criteria, and pipeline priorities.
    • Qualify, nurture, and convert marketing leads into sales-ready opportunities, supporting early-stage sales conversations when needed.
    • Build and continuously improve lead scoring, funnel metrics, and reporting, ensuring transparency of results and ROI.
    • Collaborate with internal experts and partners to create compelling value propositions, messaging, and industry-focused content.
    • Operate with a high degree of independence and ownership, bringing energy, initiative, and new ideas to a growing international team.
  • Requirements:

    • Minimum 3 years of experience in lead generation, demand generation, or growth marketing within the technology / IT services industry.
    • Proven experience working with or targeting the APAC market; understanding of regional buyer behavior and go-to-market dynamics.
    • Practical experience in sales collaboration or sales enablement; ability to think commercially and support revenue goals.
    • Strong understanding of B2B marketing funnels, lead qualification, and handover to sales.
    • Hands-on mindset with the ability to work independently in a newly created role.
    • Excellent communication skills in English; confidence in working with international stakeholders.
    • High level of energy, ownership, and accountability – this role requires building momentum, not maintaining the status quo.
