  • Role summary:

    L&D Manager, you will build and lead the Learning & Development function from the ground up. You will design and scale a strategic L&D framework that is tightly aligned with Billennium’s business goals. Your mission: to translate the company’s strategic priorities into measurable development programs that elevate performance across technical and business teams, in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

  • Responsibilities:

    • Design and implement the full L&D strategy and framework: policies, processes, governance, KPIs, roadmap.
    • Develop end-to-end learning programs (needs analysis, design, delivery, evaluation, iteration).
    • Align L&D initiatives with company strategic goals, defining impact metrics on productivity and retention.
    • Select and oversee LMS / LXP platforms, training catalogs, vendors, and L&D budget.
    • Lead skills gap assessments and capability mapping in collaboration with line leaders and HRBPs (Leadership trainings etc).
    • Manage onboarding, reskilling/upskilling and certification programs if needed.
    • Support organizational transformations (scale-up, shifts in delivery models, digital & AI adoption) via learning interventions.
    • Build communities of practice and a culture of continuous learning (mentoring, coaching, peer-to-peer).
    • Report L&D metrics to CPO / C-level and continuously optimize programs based on data.
  • Qualifications:

    Must Have:

    • Proven experience in a technology / IT company (product, software, IT services) in a role such as L&D Lead / Manager / L&D Lead (necessary experience in team management).
    • Documented experience building L&D frameworks and scaling them in organizations of 500+ employees on international markets.
    • Track record of designing learning programs tied to strategic goals (KPIs) and measuring outcomes.
    • Ability to operate effectively in a fast-changing, agile environment.
    • Experience collaborating with Senior Stakeholders and C-level.
    • English fluency at C1 level or higher (international environment).

    Nice to have:

    • Experience with organizational transformation projects (scale-up, operating model changes, digital / AI adoption, M&A).
    • Certifications in L&D / HR / Agile (e.g. CIPD, ATD, ICAgile, Scrum).
    • Experience collaborating with Engineering, Cloud, Data & AI teams.
