  • We are looking for OCM Senior and our client is a leading global organization; you will be part of an international project team.

  • What you will do:

    • Value Storytelling: Translate technical milestones into success stories that demonstrate how ATSO activities & projects support the overall company mission.
    • Technical Bridge: Sit in a room with an architect, understand complex details & processes, and then write a top 5 benefits article / post / etc for a non-technical audience.
    • Awareness Campaigns: Identify and develop “internal marketing” campaigns, in partnership with the ATSO Communication team, to build excitement on programs and ATSO programs, processes and key deliverables.
    • Stakeholder Analysis: Map out how the new software affects different user groups and identify specific pain points or benefits for each.
    • Engagement & Comms: Create and execute communication plans for programs that move beyond email (e.g., Slack/Teams channels, “Ask Me Anything” sessions, and internal demos).
    • Training Strategy: Lead the development of training materials, including “cheat sheets,” video tutorials, and live workshops.
    • Change Network: Build a “Super User” program to provide departmental support and gather real-time feedback.
    • Adoption Tracking: Define KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) to measure how well tools are being used and where users are getting stuck.
  • What we are looking for:

    • Experience with OCM strategies and frameworks, but not afraid to ‘break the rules’ to be creative to meet ATSO needs.
    • Multiple years of experience in technical organizational change management topics, approaches, and monitoring.
    • Experience working on cross-functional program teams, understanding basic project management concepts and collaborating with project managers, program managers, product managers, and communications teams is important for this role.
    • Excellent communication skills at all levels of an organization. Including understanding software architect technical topics and translating to executive level understandings.
    • Exceptional empathy, storytelling, and conflict-resolution skills.
    • Experience supporting technology implementations and process improvement projects is highly valuable.
    • Ability to quickly learn new processes and software to explain its value to others.
