  • We are looking for an experienced Pega Lead System Architect (LSA) to design and lead the implementation of scalable, enterprise-grade solutions built on the Pegasystems platform. The ideal candidate will be responsible for translating business requirements into robust technical solutions while ensuring alignment with Pega best practices, architecture standards, and enterprise integration frameworks.

  • What you will do:

    • Solution Architecture & Design
    • Design end-to-end Pega solution architectures aligned with enterprise architecture and Pega best practices.
    • Lead the technical design and implementation of Pega applications across multiple environments.
    • Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and maintainable.
    • Define and review application design, data models, integrations, and deployment architecture.

    Technical Leadership

    • Provide technical leadership and guidance to Pega development teams.
    • Conduct code reviews and design reviews to ensure adherence to Pega guardrails and standards.
    • Mentor and coach System Architects (CSA/CSSA) and development teams.
    • Establish development standards and best practices.
    • Platform Governance
    • Ensure compliance with Pega guardrails and development standards.
    • Monitor application performance and scalability.
    • Define and enforce architecture governance, CI/CD practices, and DevOps standards for Pega applications.

    Integration & System Architecture

    • Design integrations between Pega and external systems (REST, SOAP, messaging, APIs).
    • Define integration patterns and ensure secure and reliable data exchange.
    • Collaborate with enterprise architecture teams to align with broader technology strategy.
    • Deployment & Environment Management
    • Support release management and deployment strategies across environments.
    • Collaborate with platform teams to ensure environment readiness and system stability.
    • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.

    Stakeholder Collaboration

    • Work closely with Product Owners, Business Analysts, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical designs.
    • Participate in architecture discussions and technical planning sessions.
    • Provide technical input for roadmaps and solution evolution.

  • Requirement:

    • 8+ years of software development experience with 5+ years on Pega Platform
    • Strong hands-on experience in Pega Case Management, Decisioning, and Workflow Automation
    • Expertise in Pega architecture, guardrails, data modeling, and rules design
    • Experience in integrations (REST, SOAP, APIs) and enterprise system connectivity
    • Proficient in performance tuning and optimization of Pega applications
    • Exposure to CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)
    • Good understanding of SQL, microservices, and Java-based applications
    • Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
    • Ability to work in cross-functional teams and mentor junior members

    Nice to Have:

    • Experience with Pega Infinity platform
    • Exposure to Agile/Scrum and large-scale digital transformation programs
    • Experience in enterprise integrations and healthcare domain
