    Due to our company’s growth, we are seeking an experienced candidate for the position of:

    Sales Development Representative.

    We are looking for an individual with significant experience in the IT industry and the ability to effectively acquire clients and develop business.

    The ideal candidate will join our sales team, supporting Billennium’s growth and success in the global market.

    Requirements:

    • Minimum 5 years of sales experience in IT
    • Ability to acquire new clients in IT, including in foreign markets
    • Experience in preparing commercial offers and sales presentations
    • Creativity, reliability, and self-discipline, with a focus on achieving sales results
    • High level of communication and interpersonal skills, building long-term relationships with clients
    • Proficiency in tools: MS Office Suite, Salesforce, CRM
    • English language proficiency at B2/C1 level

    Nice to have:

    • Experience in client acquisition in the pharmaceutical industry is a plus.

    Responsibilities:

    • Generating leads, connecting them with salespeople, and arranging meetings, emails, or phone calls
    • Qualifying leads, handling incoming and outgoing contacts (inbound; outbound)
    • Close collaboration with Client Account Managers to optimize the sales process
    • Validating client’s IT resources and technologies, as well as development needs, strategy, and budget
    • Researching contact information for potential clients
    • Preparing personalized content and messages for acquired leads
    • Planning meetings with clients
    • Initiating contact with potential clients through cold-calling or handling inquiries
    • Reporting work to dedicated tools such as Salesforce.
