Sales Development Representative

  • As a foundational member of our Sales Development Team, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving key business opportunities. This impactful position involves establishing vital connections, organising meetings, and coordinating demos, significantly contributing to client relationships and revenue growth. You’ll collaborate closely with our Sales, Marketing and Partnerships teams, utilising strategies like cold calling, email outreach, social selling, and networking to identify and nurture prospects.

  • Key Responsibilities:

    • Identify sales opportunities through diverse prospecting methods, including cold calling, email outreach, and social selling.
    • Educate leads on our services, nurturing them until they are qualified and prepared for discussions with our Sales Team.
    • Utilise CRM tools effectively, maintaining a robust prospect pipeline while ensuring accurate data tracking and reporting.
    • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales and Marketing to drive revenue opportunities.
    • Exceed targets by meeting daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs.
    • Contribute innovative ideas to develop new strategies and processes.
  • Requirements:

    • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Sales Development Representative or similar role.
    • High energy, creativity, attention to detail, growth mindset, and a strong desire to succeed.
    • Exceptional communication skills.
    • Interest in learning new technologies; adaptable to a rapidly evolving environment.
    • English language proficiency (at least B2) and Dutch OR German OR Swedish OR French 

    Nice to haves:

    • History of outreach and mapping of enterprise level customers
    • Experience using Salesforce and tools like SalesLoft, Demandbase, Dripify
    • Knowledge and background of working in IT Managed Services.
