SAP FI/CO Consultant
As SAP FI/CO & MM Consultant, you will specialize in implementing and managing SAP (Systems, Applications, and Products) modules related to Finance (FI), Controlling (CO) within an organization. These SAP modules are essential components of SAP ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems, which help businesses manage their financial operations, control costs, and manage materials and resources efficiently.
Responsibilities:
Technical Expertise:
- Configure/Migration solution, primarily in FI and Marketing Plan to Cash
- Expertise in SAP modules: SD/FI-AR, FI-AP/MM, FI-GL
Accountability & Impact:
- Contributes to specific project completion
- Accountable for end-to-end SAP Finance processes and deliverables
- Provides system support for SAP ERP
Collaboration & Teamwork:
- Fosters effective teamwork
- Actively solicits ideas from project team members
Leadership & Influence:
- Takes lead role for assigned deliverables
- Represents functional team on project teams
- May influence project decisions/directions
Level of Autonomy:
- Receives little instruction for day-to-day work
- Receives general instructions for new projects or assignments
- Receives oversight for complex tasks
Escalation Management:
- Manages escalations to resolve issues
- Leads service improvement plans or task forces when necessary
- Ensures clear and timely communication on escalation responses
Knowledge Management:
- Sets up and maintains knowledge management activities
- Focuses on retaining critical knowledge within the organization
Innovation Support:
- Supports innovation in processes and technologies
- Identifies opportunities to reuse existing solutions
Requirement:
- Minimum 3+ years of SAP FICO implementation experience; Certified SAP Consultant preferred.
- Hands on experience in Corporate Income tax and Transfer Pricing.
- Good understanding and application of tools, principles, concepts, and techniques related to requirements, data, usability, and process analysis.
- Domain knowledge and hands-on configuration experience of SAP FICO with minimum of 3 complete SAP implementation cycle.
- Ability to read and understand ABAP codes to be able to effectively work with developers.
- Good understanding of SAP Finance business processes and other cross modules.
- Strong communication and business partnering skills.
- Be able to manage ambiguity and conduct rapid prototyping to mature requirements.
- Work in an agile environment and often on multiple initiatives in parallel.
- Strong analysis skills and ability to quickly learn into new concepts and systems.
- Very good command of English language (speaking & writing) and work experience in a multi-national environment.
- Influencing, persuasion and negotiations skills, self-reliance and effective in management of a large area.
- Experience in Pharmaceutical industry will be an added advantage.
