    We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst

  • About Project

    The terminology management platform has evolved into a key strategic asset, supporting the organization’s digital transformation and its efforts to implement FAIR data principles—ensuring that data is findable, accessible, interoperable, and reusable. The platform plays a crucial role in enabling long-term goals focused on improving overall efficiency through data standardization and harmonization. It has already been successfully integrated into nearly 120 active applications, with a strong pipeline of additional integration projects underway.

  • What you will do:

    • Work closely with the Product Owner on creating and defining user stories and dividing them into technical tasks accordingly
    • Translating business goals into needed technical tasks
    • Leading refinement meetings, assuring that appropriate tickets are estimated and ready for implementation
    • Analyzing semantic model with the development team and proposing changes to best-fit business needs
    • Cooperate with UX designer, facilitate UX analysis with PO, review created layouts
    • Taking part in testing with the QA team and supporting them with any high-level domain knowledge
    • JIRA backlog management together with PO and SM, negotiating priorities
    • Actively participate in SCRUM meetings
    • Performing gap analysis and identifying optimal solutions
    • Participate in UAT, verify identified bugs and prioritize them
    • Supporting sprint planning and release planning
    • Communicating with all interested parties in the IT delivery process
    • Occasionally participate in workshops with business users and POs

  • What we are looking for:

    • Experience as a Business Analyst (5+ years)
    • Strong analytical skills: requirements gathering, process analysis, proposing solutions
    • Assertiveness and the ability to manage stakeholder expectations
    • Fluent English, both spoken and written (minimum B2 level)
