Senior Data Engineer

  • As a Senior Data Engineer, you will design, develop, and maintain our data infrastructure. You will work with data scientists, analysts, and stakeholders to ensure our data systems are scalable and efficient. Your role will involve optimizing data flow, enhancing data quality, and supporting analytics and machine learning projects.

  • Key Responsibilities:

    • Create and maintain data pipeline architecture.
    • Assemble large, complex data sets for various business requirements.
    • Automate processes, optimize data delivery, and enhance infrastructure scalability.
    • Build infrastructure for data extraction, transformation, and loading using SQL and AWS technologies.
    • Develop CI/CD pipelines (GitLab, DataOps) and model data transformations using dbt.
    • Utilize Snowflake, including advanced SQL, scripting, and performance analysis.
    • Ensure data security across multiple data centers and AWS regions.
    • Design graph algorithms with consideration for computational complexity
  • Qualifications:

    • Proven experience as a Data Engineer or similar role.
    • Proficiency in SQL, Snowflake, and AWS big data technologies.
    • Experience with CI/CD (GitLab) and DataOps.
    • Familiarity with dbt, Docker, and JIRA.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
    • Experience with graph algorithms is a plus.
