    We are currently supporting a client in a major digital transformation initiative focused on the adoption of modern web technologies. The client is looking to transition from traditional standalone software applications toward scalable, enterprise-grade web solutions.

    To support this journey, we are seeking an experienced Senior Web Developer / Web Technology Consultant who will serve as both a hands-on expert and a mentor for the client’s internal development teams.

    As part of this engagement, you will act as a technical leader and consultant, working closely with the client’s engineering leadership and software teams to guide the transition, introduce best practices, and support capability building.

  • What you will do:

    • Lead technical implementation of modern web solutions
    • Work directly with client teams to provide mentorship, code reviews, and training
    • Introduce scalable architecture and industry-standard development practices
    • Drive the implementation of SPA principles and performance optimization strategies
    • Contribute to the development of a reusable design system and frontend infrastructure
    • Support the client in documenting and maintaining architectural decisions (ADRs)

  • What we are looking for

    Core Competencies

    • Solid commercial experience with modern web application development
    • Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and pre-processors such as SASS/LESS
    • Strong command of JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript
    • Understanding of SPA (Single Page Application) architecture and workflows
    • Familiarity with automated UI testing tools, preferably Playwright (Selenium also acceptable)
    • Practical or theoretical experience with Blazor (Client/Server) or openness to learning it

    Preferred Skills

    • Familiarity with Microsoft Azure, Docker, and the .NET stack
    • Understanding of Server-Side Rendering (SSR) patterns
    • Awareness of web accessibility standards (WCAG)
    • Experience in performance profiling and optimization of frontend applications
    • Background in design system development or implementation
    • Experience with frontend frameworks such as Angular, Next.js, React, or Vue
