  This position involves coordinating between technical teams across multiple locations, including Indian and Polish providers. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the technical consistency and quality of work across teams, as well as synchronizing work outcomes to create a cohesive product.

• Key Responsibilities:

  • Backlog Management: Prioritize features and user stories based on customer requirements, complexity, and resource constraints.
  • Requirements Management: Refine high-level requirements into detailed specifications (user stories) and actively manage understanding of complex requirements.
  • Stakeholder Coordination: Work closely with stakeholders, development teams, architects, and project managers to ensure alignment with product goals and timelines.
  • Release Management: Oversee release processes to ensure product quality and performance meet expectations.
  • Quality Assurance: Manage non-functional requirements and ensure product quality meets standards.
  • Agile Methodologies: Apply in-depth knowledge of agile methodologies to drive project success.
  • Analytical Skills: Utilize strong analytical capabilities to creatively solve problems.

• Requirements:

  • Strong IT background with a focus on computer science.
  • Fluent in English (knowledge of German is welcome).
  • Business analysis skills.
  • Experience in coordinating technical teams across different locations.
  • Ability to set and execute technical standards.
  • Familiarity with evaluating provider solutions and acceptance criteria.
  • Close collaboration with project architects to establish technical milestones and roadmap.
