Test Automation Engineer (Cypress/Playwright)

  • What you will do:

    • Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Cypress or Playwright.
    • Collaborate with development teams to understand application features and create corresponding test plans.
    • Execute automated test cases and analyze results to identify defects and ensure software quality.
    • Continuously improve and optimize test automation frameworks and processes.
    • Participate in code reviews and provide feedback to ensure best practices in test automation.
    • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to test automation scripts and frameworks.
    • Document and report test results, and track defects to closure.

  • What we are looking for:

    • 3-5 years of experience in test automation.
    • Proficiency in Cypress or Playwright.
    • Strong knowledge of TypeScript/JavaScript.
    • Experience with version control systems such as Git.
    • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and tools.
    • Understanding of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
    • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
    • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
