• Requirement

  • At least 5 years of experience in WD studio development.
  • Design, build, test, and deploy integration solutions for Workday HR modules.
  • Analyze complex Workday business requirements to determine the impact and/or change to Workday integrations architecture.
  • Perform hands-on development of various inbound and outbound interfaces.
  • Troubleshooting integration issues requiring in depth expertise in the Workday solution.
  • Demonstrated integration experience in HR-related domains (core, compensation, benefits, recruiting, talent, performance, etc.).
  • Coordinate assigned deliverable schedules to ensure timelines are met. Provide guidance to the team on integration strategies.
  • Bring expertise to provide the best in class architecture and solution for all integration needs associated with workday.
  • Perform all test cycles for integrations to ensure successful end-to-end delivery.
  • Participate in Workday customization activities, tuning, workflow adjustment.
