We did it! We have received the Great Place To Work certificate for the second time and there’s more…
The audit was conducted by an external, renowned company, Great Place To Work – a world authority in workplace culture research. The auditor emailed a specially developed research tool – an anonymous questionnaire – to over 1400 randomly selected Billennials.
Based on the answers, the Trust Index© of our company was determined, which allowed preparing the final report. Our Trust Index © was 81%, and that means is close to TOP 10, i.e., the best companies in the country, and differs from the so-called market average (only 53%).

Receiving this certificate again is an extremely valuable distinction for us. It is tantamount to qualifying us as a candidate in the Best Workplaces Poland 2022 competition whose results were announced on May 26, 2022.

We are extremely pleased with positive evaluations. We are also aware that some areas require further work. That is why we do not rest on our laurels! We will constantly strive to keep what is best in our company and, at the same time, improve what requires change.
